The charity currently supports over 19,500 people every year and has around 100 members of staff, as well as over 20 volunteers.
Christmas is usually a difficult time for the people Leeway supports at refuge and in the community, with many fleeing without many personal belongings. This is why the charity is running their annual Christmas Campaign again, helping to spread some festive cheer to service users. Leeway is accepting a range of new/unopened/unused donations including toys and games, chocolate/biscuit selection boxes, toiletries and gift sets, as well as arts and craft materials.
The deadline for dropping off donations is Friday 17th December and donations can be taken to 79 Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1UA.
